The main purpose of the Indoor Gardening lists, like Net-Gold and Educator
Gold is that of sharing information sources.  The indoor gardening lists
share news reports, publications and other sources that provide
information about indoor gardening, urban agriculture, horticulture,
gardening and agriculture in general.  Hence we hope that these links will
facilitate your finding publications that provide you with understanding
of the problem you are facing.  Keep in mind that the lights may not be
the cause of the leaves falling off of these plants, it could be other
factors such as humidity, the absence of insects or some other factor.
